ADLINK releases first certified Intel Industrial Solutions embedded computer

ADLINK has announced the releases of the Matrix MXE-5301 fanless embedded computer as the first hardware platform to be certified for the Intel Industrial Solutions System Consolidation series.

ADLINK has announced the release of the Matrix MXE-5301 fanless embedded computer as the first hardware platform to be certified for the Intel Industrial Solutions System Consolidation series. The MXE-5301 supports a wide temperature range and offers a fanless and cable-free design. The embedded computer is based on the Intel Core i7 2710QE quad-core processor, boosting performance by almost 15% with minimal increase in power consumption. In addition, the MXE-5301 features 1 onboard SATA III port, two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and four I/O ports. It also features two software-programmable RS-232/422/485 ports. The MXE-5301 embedded computer is suitable for use in intelligent transportation systems, facility management, building automation systems, surveillance, and in-vehicle multimedia and surveillance applications.
