In a free webcast on January 27, Jeff Bier, Founder of the Embedded Vision Alliance, Co-Founder & President of Berkeley Design Technology, Inc., will provide an update on vision technology and how it is being used to create products and capabilities in embedded systems, wearable devices, mobile devices, and the cloud. 

Advancing technologies such as programmable processors and image sensors are making it possible to incorporate computer vision capabilities into a variety of systems, such as automotive safety systems, assistive devices for the visually impaired, and retail point of sale kiosks.
