EMCCD cameras to be on display at Photonics West 2016

Jan. 25, 2016
At SPIE Photonics West 2016, Nüvü Cameras will showcase its HNü line of thermoelectrically-cooled, back-illuminated electron-multiplying CCD (EMCCD) cameras, which achieve frame rates of 16.7, 63, and 1,004 fps (HNü 128, HNü 512, HNü 1024).

At SPIE Photonics West 2016, Nüvü Cameras will showcase its HNü line of thermoelectrically-cooled, back-illuminated electron-multiplying CCD (EMCCD)cameras, which achieve frame rates of 16.7, 63, and 1,004 fps (HNü 128, HNü 512, HNü 1024). HNü cameras offer a single photon detection probability of greater than 91%, thermoelectric temperature control down to -130°F (-90°C), and Camera Link or GigE Vision interface. In addition, the EMCCD cameras feature NüPixel control image acquisition and analysis software, a software development kit for customizable programming, and various drivers for third-party software. HNü cameras, which are designed for low light imagingapplications, are available in focal plane arrays of 1,024 x 1,024, 512 x 512, and 128 x 128.
