At Automation World 2016 in Seoul, South Korea, BitFlow will showcase its Cyton CXP4 frame grabbers, which are based on the CoaXPress standard and feature a Gen 2.0 x8 PCI Express bus interface on its back end. Cyton CXP frame grabbers support video capture speeds of up to 6.25 Gb/S in applications deploying one to four CXP-6 cameras at once. The frame grabbers also provide one CXP-6 uplink to the camera for bulk data uploads and zero latency triggers. CXP4 frame grabbers—which are CoaXPress 1.1 compliant—also allow control commands, triggers, and power to be sent to and from cameras over the same 75 Ohm coaxial cable, and also feature programmable region of interest sub-windowing.
