At SPIE Photonics West 2018, Photonfocuswill showcase its MV3-D640I-G2 SWIR camera, which is based on the Sofradir SNAKE InGaAs image sensor with CMOS readout. This image sensor is a 640 x 512 InGaAs sensor with a 15 µm pixel size that can achieve a frame rate of 300 fps through GigE interface. The camera targets demanding applications in industrial image processing in the spectral range of 900 to 1700 nm and features a configurable region of interest (up to 256 regions of interest), image correction, two look-up tables (12-to-8-bit) on user-defined image region, and a constant frame rate independent of exposure time.
