Designed for machine vision inspection applications, Eye Vision Technology’s (EVT) EyeVision software version 3.8 will support deep learning functions, allowing it to solve complex recognition applications. The software comes with pre-configured networks—which saves users from the programming of neural networks— for applications including optical character recognition, 3D evaluation, and thermal imaging. Additionally, the deep learning recognition tools of the software can be installed on embedded systems and smart cameras, as EyeVision software is available for standard ARM environments. EyeVision 3.8 will be available during the first quarter of 2018.
