    The CV-500 Series of machine-vision systems comes with a 1.2-in.-square camera, built-in monitor, and controller along with context-sensitive, pull-down menus. Independent processors allow the simultaneous use of two cameras, and a split-screen display shows both images simultaneously. Other features include 24.5 million subpixel processing, measurements of part diameters, pitch, and gap, and adjustable target angle compensation for correcting position variations. Built-in digital image-processing algorithms maintain stable images under reduced illumination conditions. No PC or complex software is required.
