Software maps in 3-D
The Surfer Version 7 32-bit 3-D mapping software runs under Windows 95/98/NT 4.0 or higher. It transforms x-y-z data into contour, wireframe, vector, image, shaded relief, base, and post maps. Export options include SHP, PNG, and 3-D DXF file formats. The USGS SDTS DEM and DLG files are used in their native formats. Visual Basic, C++, Perl, and any ActiveX Automation-compatible language can be used to write scripts. Price is $599.
