Consisting of hardware platforms for PCI, CompactPCI, and VME architectures, the MVS-8200 series of machine-vision systems comes with a 200-MHz Intel MMX processor and PatMax software for speeding up alignment, guidance, inspection, and identification applications. Users can access a library of MMX-accelerated vision-software tools via a Visual C++ developer`s kit and port applications across other MVS-8000 platforms.
