Drag and drop FPGA design Morphologic has integrated the reprogrammable Giga Operations` architecture into its Evolution toolkit for field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). Designers can program the Giga Ops` XMODS with a "drag-and drop" interface. Software modules of the toolkit automate many design steps and give the designer feedback from the initial stages of the design cycle. This allows the designer to make technology and functional trade-offs and to select the level of manual intervention
