CompactPCI DSP board supports multiple processors

A modular 3U CompactPCI board, the HECPCI-1 accommodates as many as four Texas Instruments TMS320C4x processors. Various TIM-40 plug-in modules can be inserted into a single slot for image processing, data acquisition, and communication interfaces. Six buffered TMS320C4x ports allow connections with other HECPCI-1 boards or to control other PCI, ISA, PC/104, VME, and Sbus expansion boards. Software support includes the company`s PC API for use with DOS and Windows 95/NT.
