Upgraded LabView software presents added features Version 5.0 of LabView graphical instrumentation software incorporates several new capabilities. All programs are now automatically multithreaded without any code modifications. With instrument wizard, users can create programs for GPIB, VXI, and RS-232 instruments. ActiveX container lets users drop 32-bit custom control (OCX) or ActiveX document onto the front panel to reuse existing code. Distributing computing tools, documentation and translation tools, graphical differencing tools, programmatic menu bars, and a multistep "undo" function are also available.
