At the home page of Neuro technologija (Vilnius, Lithuania) are some free image-processing and recognition demo programs, C source code, and an introduction to the company`s commercially available software. This software includes Justus 2.0 for fingerprint recognition, an eye identification system based on the recognition of an iris image from a video camera, and a car identification system that reads license plates on fast-moving vehicles.
