VisiCom Computer Products (San Diego, CA), a system engineering company, has purchased Univision Technologies Inc. (Boston, MA), a provider of real-time, image acquisition, processing, and display products.

A supplier of two-dimensional machine-vision systems, Acuity Imaging Inc. (Nashua, NH), a wholly owned subsidiary of Robotic Vision Systems Inc., has acquired Trigon Technologies Inc. (Farmington Hills, MI), a supplier of PC-based coplanarity inspection systems for perimeter-leaded devices.

A supplier of large-format, on-demand digital printing systems and software, Raster Graphics Inc. (San Jose, CA) has completed its acquisition of Datagraph, a French distributor of large-format digital printing and plotting systems.
