MARCH 8--The MathWorks (Natick, MA) will be presenting several seminars:
Advanced Image Processing Seminar for Defense Applications; and
Advanced Image Processing Seminar for Biomedical Applications will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2002, at 2 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA. From 8:30 to 11:30 am, Advanced Image Processing Seminar for Defense Applications will include examples and demonstrations related to defense research and product development. From 1:00 to 4:00 pm, Advanced Image Processing Seminar for Biomedical Applications will include examples and demonstrations related to biomedical research and product development.
In each seminar, presenters will demonstrate image-processing techniques, such as binary and gray-scale morphological methods for multidimensional image processing and image preprocessing, enhancement, and analysis. In addition, each seminar will highlight new features and functionality from the MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox 3.1, which provides an extensive collection of digital image-processing and analysis algorithms that extend the power of the MATLAB environment.
Additionally, the following seminars are slated for May:
Advanced Image Processing for Aerospace and Defense Industries,
Tuesday, May 7, 2002, from 8:00 to 11:30 am in Livermore, CA, and
Thursday, May 9, 2002, from 8:00 to 11:30 am in Palo Alto, CA.
Advanced Image Processing for Biomedical Industries,
Thursday, May 9, 2002, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm in Palo Alto, CA.
