    At The Vision Show 2016 in Boston from May 3-5, Pleora will showcase its iPORT CL-U3 external frame grabbers, which transform Camera Link medium or base cameras into a USB3 Vision-compliant video stream in a range of computing platforms without needing a PCI/PCIe frame grabber.

    At The Vision Show 2016 in Boston from May 3-5, Pleora will showcase its iPORT CL-U3 external frame grabbers, which transform Camera Link medium or base cameras into a USB3 Vision-compliant video stream in a range of computing platforms without needing a PCI/PCIe frame grabber. The frame grabbers feature line scan and area scan modes, a 128 MB frame buffer, throughput approaching 3 Gb/s, record playback and functionality, and Power over Camera Link with models CL-U3B-IND and CL-U3M-IND. Furthermore, the frame grabbers feature an on-board programmable logic controller which enables users to measure, synchronize, trigger, and control the operation of other vision system elements.
