e-Con Systems’ eSOM3730 computer on module board is based on the AM/DM37x CPU family from Texas Instruments and runs Windows Embedded Compact 2013. eSOM3730 supports up to 512MB of RAM and 51MB of flash storage along with 802.11n Wireless support. CPU options include ARM Cortex A8 powered Sitara AM3703 with up to 1 GHz clock speed or DM3730 CPU with an integrated C64_DSP and PowerVR SGX530 graphics processor. In addition, the module supports a MIPI CSI-2 camera interface, which along with the built-in DSP, opens up a number of image processing applications, including traffic surveillance and medical imaging.
