The SolarEye plugin for EVT’s EyeVision software is specifically designed to provide a series of specialized commands during the production of solar cells, solar cell strings, and solar modules. The software features a drag-and-drop programming interface that enables configuration of new processes. With the software, users can control the system’s cameras to discover any potential faults, such as cracks, microcracks, scratches, and grains on wafer prior to production. It also determines the position of the solder wires for soldering the individual cells to strings.
