ITW Warehouse Automation has upgraded its VTP Palletizers and VPS software to enable pallet patterns to be changed in real-time without stoppage.

ITW Warehouse Automation has upgraded its VTP Palletizers and VPS software to enable pallet patterns to be changed in real-time without stoppage. The upgrade also enables the VTP Palletizers to operate up to 40% faster than they were previously able.

Users can input package sizes and the number of cases on a pallet, and the software builds patterns in the graphical user interface. It will display the cases on the computer screen that lets a user arrange them as necessary and assign a pallet to start a particular pattern without interruption.

With the upgrade, VPS software is also able to communicate to the robotic VTP Palletizers and comes with web-based, video viewing and remote monitoring.
