HexSight machine-vision software provides tools for machine guidance and parts inspection. It is an open system product that runs on a PC and uses off-the-shelf cameras and frame grabbers. Because it provides rapid application evaluation development, this stand-alone solution lets OEMs add high-performance vision at a reasonable cost.

Its locator tool uses the most advanced feature detection technology to identify objects and patterns based on their geometric characteristics.
