Adaptive Vision Studio 4.1—dataflow-based software designed for machine vision engineers—will be showcased at VISION 2014. Capabilities of the software include blob analysis, shape fitting, OCR/OCV, 1D/2D measurements, histogram analysis, and camera calibration. The drag-and-drop software also features a library of image analysis filters, a graphical designer for HMI, as well as a number of new features that were added with the recent update of the software. These include support for Linux, C++ and .NET, Adaptive Vision Studio Lite+ (a freeware edition for non-commercial use), a toolbox for selection of more than 1,000 filters, and an error handling mechanism.
