Text-verification library recognizes numerous characters sets, including non-ASCII characters. The OCR program library features a fast recognition algorithm and a reteach tool that enables the addition of further characters to the existing teach-in database. No additional PC is required for image recognition and processing, camera teach-in, and setting of parameters. Additionally, there is a barcode-reader library that recognizes Code 39, Code 2 interleaved 5, EAN128, EAN13, EAN8, UPC-A, and UPC-E. The software runs on all models of the VC20xx, VC40xx, and VC44xx series from the company.
