    InstantVision ISE 3.0, an integrated image-processing software environment, has tools and libraries optimized to run at high speeds on embedded vision systems. It features a new video analytics library designed to help application developers and system integrators working in security/surveillance video-content analysis to build embedded applications with reduced time to market. The InstantVision libraries can be ported to any platform and also come ready for use on a PC to facilitate rapid prototyping. They are optimized for the Texas Instruments TMS320C64xx series of DSPs.
