MARCH 2--Cognex Corporation (Natick, MA), a supplier of machine-vision systems and vision sensors, has announced the availability of free In-Sight Explorer trial software. Explorer software makes development of In-Sight vision-sensor applications and management of vision-sensor networks easy, reducing the cost of ownership and speeding deployment of vision applications onto the factory floor.

The trial version of In-Sight Explorer allows users to quickly create and test powerful vision applications using the industry's leading vision tools.
