Able to support all video formats including those introduced in the new Camera Link 2.1 version, the CLS-221 is a video test pattern generator from Vivid Engineering that features fully-programmable video timing, enabling it to mimic the characteristics of almost any camera.

Able to support all video formats including those introduced in the new Camera Link 2.1 version, the CLS-221 is a video test pattern generator from Vivid Engineering that features fully-programmable video timing, enabling it to mimic the characteristics of almost any camera. New features, according to the company, include enhanced timing performance, Bayer color support, and additional video patterns. Control of the unit is handled via an RS-232 port, USB, or frame grabber COM port. Additionally, the CLS-221 also incorporates the AIA validation test pattern.
