AIVION announces HDMI interface board for Tamron camera modules

The TL8652 interface board from AIVION is an HDMI interface for the MP1010M-VC and MP1110M-VC Tamron ultra-compact camera modules. The TL8652 supports 1080p at 60, 50, 30, and 25 Hz refresh rates, and 720p or 1080i at 60 and 50 Hz.

The new board is 61 x 42 mm in size, can be mounted on the side of camera, and connects via a four-channel LVDS interface. The TL8652 also has a micro-USB connector for a 5V DC power supply. A variant model, the TL8652A, includes an onboard MEMS microphone with one-channel audio output that captures sound via a small PCB hole.
