Imperx expands Cheetah camera line with 31.5 MPixel models

The new CLF-C6420 and POE-C6410 models in Imperx’s Cheetah line of cameras feature the 31.5 MPixel Sony IMX342 global shutter CMOS image sensor, with 3.45 µm pixel size and 6464 x 4852 resolution, in an APS-C optical format.

The C6410 features GigE Vision Power over Ethernet and can provide up to 3.6 fps. The C6420 is equipped with a Camera Link Full interface and can achieve up to 17 fps. Both cameras have an operating temperature of -30° to 75° C, 20G vibration and 100G shock protection, 8, 10, or 12-bit output in color or monochrome, 71 dB dynamic range, and multiple area of interest functionality.
