Vision Research launches new high speed cameras for automotive crash testing

The Phantom Miro C320J and C320 cameras meet MIL-STD-202G protocol standards.

The Phantom Miro C320J and C320 automotive crash test high speed cameras have a 10 µm pixel and can reach 1,480 fps at 1920 x 1080 resolution, and over 90,000 fps at lower resolutions. They have an ISO rating of 10,000 D for monochrome and 2,000 D for color.

Both cameras feature 8 or 16 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal, non-removable CineFlash. The C320J model features 1-cable connection to Miro JBox 2.0, and the C320 model can either stand alone, or is also Miro JBox compatible.

The new cameras have 170 G shock and 24 Grms vibration protection and meet MIL-STD-202G protocol standards. They feature internal batteries and Flash for image protection.
