Time-of-flight depth camera features wide FoV and onboard computing
The 3Dcam VGA time-of-flight camera features 90° by 67.5° FoV, 640 x 480 resolution, and IP65- and IP67-rated protection. The camera is designed for indoor applications, with 0.35 to 5 m range, and can capture up to 30 fps. It offers GigE interface and RS485 interfaces, and digital output.
On-board computing is provided by a quad-core ARM Cortex A53 @ 1.2 GHz processor with 1 GB SDRAM and 32 GB Sd Flash memory, running on the Linux (DietPi) O/S. According to the manufacturer, the 3Dcam VGA is designed for logistics, mobile robotics, smart agriculture, and people and movement detection among other applications.
