Emberion launches new SWIR camera

The VS20 SWIR camera features sensitivity in the 400 to 2000 µm range, 640 x 512 resolution, 20 µm pixel size, 100 fps at full resolution, and 120/80 db full analog/digital output ranges. The image sensor is a detector array monolithically built on a tailor-made CMOS readout integrated circuit (ROIC).

The camera offers CameraLink, USB, and GigE interfaces, C-mount lens mount, and has an operating temperature of -40 ° C to 55° C. According to the manufacturer, the camera is appropriate for machine vision, multispectral and hyperspectral imaging, night vision, medical, automotive, and defense applications.
