Smart Version of HD SWIR Camera Launches

HD SWIR camera designed for a variety of machine vision, surveillance applications

New Imaging Technologies (NIT) has added a smart version to its SenS 1280 HD SWIR camera line. Equipped with a NSC1901TY-SI sensor, the camera is designed for a variety of machine vision and surveillance applications. It is equipped with onboard non-uniformity correction (NUC) and bad pixel replacement (BPR) features, automatic gain control, and automatic integration time features, and is GenIcam compliant. It has a 61 dB dynamic range and read out noise is 30e-. The resolution is 1280 x 1024 pixels with a 10μm pixel pitch, spectral response of 0.9 to 1.7 μm and an exposure time of 10 μs to 500 ms. Quantum Efficiency (QE) is rated at over 80% and a frame rate of 60 Hz at full frame. It has Camera Link and SDI interfaces. It weighs 400 g, has a 58 x 58 70 mm footprint and can operate in temperatures from -40°C to +71°C.
