New High Speed Extended Light Spectrum Camera Line Launches

Machine vision cameras can capture images in UV, Visible, and Near-IR spectrum.

Vision Research recently launched its new Phantom-UV series. The cameras capture high speed images in the UV, visible, and NIR wavelengths. The cameras are equipped with a backlit CMOS global shutters and have a maximum resolution of up to 1280 x 800 with a pixel size of up to 18.5 mm. They are capable of up to 76,000 fps at 1 MPixel with 772,050 maximum fps without fast mode, and up to 512 GB of memory. The UV cameras can achieve up to more than 70% QE at 300 nm wavelength at the same frame rates and features as the Phantom TMX series of cameras. They can operate in temperatures between -10° to 50°C, with a storage temperature of -20°C to 70°C.
