    Samsung has released details on three high-resolution color CCD camera modules. The VM-911, VM-931, and VM-961 each feature a head measuring 1.6 ¥ 1.1 in. and a baseboard measuring 2 ¥ 2 in. A 1/3-in. CCD provides 350 TV lines of resolution. The VM- 911 features a C/CS mount, allowing a variety of lenses to be used. The VM-931 includes a 3.8-mm lens with 89 field of view.
