Designed to support images, edge sets, camera models, and complex data structures, Vista includes libraries of common computer vision and image-processing algorithms. Written in ANSI C for UNIX platforms running X Windows, Vista is freely available at this site. Pope maintains a mailing list of those working with Vista.
