Video-rate capture from S-Video, NTSC, and PAL

The Epix PIXCI imaging board gives video-rate capture from S-Video, NTSC, and PAL color and RS-170 and CCIR monochrome sources. PIXCI provides full-frame, field, area-of-interest, scaled, and/or cropped image capture. Individual images or video-rate images can be captured and transferred directly to the VGA or system memory. PIXCI provides full-frame, field, area-of-interest, scaled, and/or cropped image capture. Individual images or video-rate images can be captured and transferred directly to the VGA or system memory. PIXCI recognizes a "part-in-place" signal from an encoder or can start different processing algorithms depending on a number of input triggers. The board also can generate output triggers that can reset asynchronous cameras, change shutter speeds, move a micropositioning stage, reject a defect part, or turn on a laser.
