The FlashPoint 3D Plus video frame grabber is available in either AGP or PCI format. It captures and displays 24-bit color and NTSC, PAL, and RS-170 video resolutions to 1600 x 1200 pixels in real time to VGA display memory. It captures and displays 24-bit color and NTSC, PAL, and RS-170 video resolutions to 1600 x 1200 pixels in real time to VGA display memory. The board contains an on-board three-dimensional accelerator and 8 Mbytes of SGRAM. The RS-170 video is digitized using separate 8-bit A/D and PLL circuits and supports the capture of noninterlaced video from progressive-scan cameras. Other features include nondestructive overlay, video input multiplexing, multiple I/O or camera interface controls, and a software developers kit.
