VGA-to-TV encoders feature digital interface Featuring a universal digital interface, the CH7003 and CH7004 encoders support a range of nonstandard digital output capabilities offered across different VGA chips. Both devices integrate a digital video encoder with a 9-bit output DAC to decode pixel data in YCrCB (CCIR601 or 656) or RGB (15/16 or 24-bit) formats, a four-line vertical flicker filter, and a 12-bit PLL for creating a video format.
