Model 21 fiberoptic illuminators are 150-W, CE-marked halogen devices that deliver cool light in either ac- or dc-regulated configurations. Infrared and color filters are available for the illuminators, which incorporate an aluminum-extruded housing. Nonslip fiber couplings prevent slippage or twisting. The Model 21DC delivers light output stable to ±0.1%; a 9-pin DIN connector on the rear panel supports remote on/off and intensity control using a 0–5-Vdc analog supply.
