    The PB-159 active-pixel CMOS color or monochrome image sensor provides a 512 ¥ 384-pixel resolution at 30 frames/s and a pixel size of 7.9 mm2. An on-chip A/D converter delivers 8-bit digital video output at 14.3 Mbytes/s. Programmable features include window size, auto exposure, frame rate, readable chip registers, and ADC reference, calibration, and test. The 44-pin, 5-V LCC package offers a sensitivity of 1 lux and a 74-dB internal dynamic range.
