ON Semiconductor’s 13 MPixel AR1335 CMOS image sensor is based on 1.1 µm pixel technology and enables low-light imaging applications. The 1/3.2" features a dynamic range of 69 dB, 10-bit data format, and can achieve a frame rate of 30 fps at full resolution. At 720p, the image sensor is able to achieve a frame rate of 120 fps. It incorporates on-chip camera functions such as windowing, mirroring, column and row skip modes, and snapshot mode, and is programmable through a two-wire serial interface. Though primarily targeted at smartphone cameras, the AR1335 image sensor is also suitable for use in industrial applications, according to ON Semiconductor.
