EVT’s line of EyeCheck smart cameras are now available with the liquid tunable lens from Optotune. The focus tunable lenses are shape-changing lenses based on a combination of optical fluids and a polymer membrane. EVT’s EyeCheck smart cameras are available in six different series, each of which feature different CMOS or CCD sensors ranging in size from VGA to 5 Pixel. All but one of the smart cameras feature area scan imagers, while the EC4600L features a 4K CMOS line scan sensor.

In addition to the smart cameras, EyeVision 3.0 software now also supports the Optotune lenses, and is therefore suitable for use in fast-changing applications.
