Infrared sensor from New Imaging Technologies to be showcased at Photonics West
A newly-launched 640 x 512 indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) infrared image sensor will be showcased at the New Imaging Technologies booth at SPIE Photonics West.
A newly-launched 640 x 512 indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs)infrared image sensor will be showcased at the New Imaging Technologies booth at SPIE Photonics West. The VGA sensor features a 15 µm pixel size, sensitivity in the 900-1700 nm range, 140 dB dynamic range, and achieves frame rates up 60 fps at full resolution. In addition, the global shutter sensor is able to achieve a top frame rate of 200 fps in reduced resolution, thanks to its high frequency clock in TECless mode. The InGaAs sensor is suitable for use in such applications as pharmaceutical, food and agricultural, and semiconductor inspection applications.
