Cognex introduces new vision sensors powered by In-Sight software
In-Sight 2000vision sensors are the first models from Cognex that combine In-Sight software, the EasyBuilder point-and-click setup interface, field-interchangeable lighting and optics, and a modular body design. The vision sensors are available in three models, the 2000-110, 2000-120, and 2000-130. Both the 2000-110 and 2000-120 models feature a 640 x 480 1/3" monochrome CMOS image sensor that can achieve frame rates of 20 fps, while the 2000-130—which features 2x image magnification mode—is equipped with an 800 x 600 1/3" monochrome CMOS image sensor that can achieve frame rates of 40 fps. All three models feature an integrated LED ring light that produces even, diffuse illumination across the entire image, eliminating the need for costly external lighting.
