    AtSPIE DSS from April 21-23, Edmund Optics will showcase its new infrared molding manufacturing capability, which provides for high-quality infrared chalcogenide molded optics for volume applications at a competitive price. The lenses are suitable for use in both high volume defense and industrial applications such as long range surveillance, thermal weapon sight, thermal imaging, vehicle vision enhancement, and thermography. Offered in sizes ranging from 3 to 30 mm, molded chalcogenide lenses are ideal for short, mid, and longwave infrared spectral bands.
