    e-con Systems’ new See3CAM_CU130 is a USB 3.0 UVC-compliant board-level camera that targets a number of imaging applications, including medical imaging, factory automation, and surveillance. The camera features a 13 MPixel AR1820HS CMOS image sensor from ON Semiconductor (Formerly Aptina) that has a 1.25 µm pixel size and can achieve a frame rate of 30 fps in Ultra HD uncompressed MJPEG format and 60 fps in Full HD, both uncompressed and MJPEG formats. In addition, the See3CAM_CU130 houses an image signal processor chip that performs functions such as auto exposure and auto white balance, as well as an image signal processing pipeline. The UVC-compliant camera is plug-and-play in both Windows and Linux.
