Toshiba Imaging’s IK-HD5U camera is a 3-CMOS video camera with full frame rate HD output via USB 3.0. The camera features three 1/2.9”2.1 MPixel progressive scan CMOS image sensors that can achieve a frame rate of 59.94 fps at full resolution. A front panel freeze frame and long exposure mode up to 1 second (60 frames), makes the new camera configuration especially well-suited for scientific imaging and microscopy applications. In addition, the camera features binning mode for 4x increase in sensitivity, image flip and mirror, remote control via RS232, and is also switchable between 1080p and 1080i. The IK-HD5U camera is suitable for use in microscopy, NIR inspection, scientific imaging, and defense imaging systems.
