JUNE 18--BFi OPTiLAS, an AVNET Company (Evry, France; www.bfioptilas.avnet.com), is the exclusive distributor for Liteye products in Europe. The Liteye-400 uses an 800 X 600 miniature, high-resolution, full-color OLED display, which produces sharp, bright images. This unit is ideal for viewing everything from a computer screen to video images from video cameras or thermal imagers. Coupled to a helmet-mounted thermal imager, it allows firefighters to move in total obscurity thanks to the helmet-mounted microdisplay LE-400.

With a 38° field of view, the Liteye-400 provides a big bright image to the user equivalent to a big-screen TV image. The Liteye-400 delivers superior quality and resolution while greatly reducing physical size, power consumption, and weight.
