DECEMBER 12-CBC America Corp. (Commack, NY; www.cbcamerica.com), manufacturer of Computar lenses for CCTV and machine vision, has introduced a new line of megapixel lenses for use with CCD cameras and video equipment. The lenses are described in a 32-page color brochure available from the company.
The megapixel lenses capture full resolution of megapixel cameras, have low distortion, and offer high contrast and sharp picture in all areas of the screen. Applications include image processing, automated inspection, identification, automated gauging, guiding, positioning, and other factory-automation uses.
Custom optical design and manufacturing are also available for special applications.
