Elmo Manufacturing Corp. promotes Vincent Giovinco

FEBRUARY 4--Michael Oguri, chairman of Elmo Mfg. Corp. (Plainview, NY), has announced the promotion of Vincent J. Giovinco to president. Giovinco will direct the company's operations as well as all activities relating to its extensive line of electronic imaging products, security CCTV, and industrial TV cameras and accessories. Oguri, who has served as president for the past five years and has been associated with Elmo in Japan and the USA for 39 years, has been named chairman.

Prior to rejoining Elmo in 2000, Giovinco was associated with Sony Electronics, serving as national sales manager, visual imaging products group.
