Designed for such tasks as wafer, solar panel, or displayinspection, the SVCam-SHR industrial camera from SVS-VISTEK is available with either a Camera Link or CoaXPress interface, and in color or monochrome versions. The camera is based on the 47 MPixel progressive scan ON Semiconductor KAI-47051 CCD image sensor, which features a pixel size of 5.5 µm and can achieve frame rates of up to 7 fps. With a lens mount with an M72 thread and a flange distance of 19.55 mm, high-end lens systems can be mounted to the SHR for a variety of applications, suggests SVS-VISTEK. Additionally, the GenICam-compliant camera features 14-bit digitization (transmitted as 8 or 12 bits), CCD tap balancing (auto/manual), user-defined defect pixel correction, area of interest/partial scan, readout control, and white balance.
